What is Kodi?
Kodi is free to download a piece of open-source software that can turn your TV in an all in one media and entertainment center. First developed in 2002 Kodi has become one of the leading media players in the world and has a custom-designed 10-foot user interface which means it can effectively scale add ons and media content to fit any TV.
Kodi itself is free and legal, but also hosts thousands of add ons which allow you to access almost any Live TV, TV Shows, and Films as soon as they are released.
What is a Build?
A build is a great way to get started with Kodi in a quick and easy way. They are predefined with add ons, skins and features and can vary widely in size from as little as 50MB to 400MB +.
When choosing a build, it’s important to consider the capacity of your device, for example, some larger builds may not run as smoothly on an Amazon Fire Stick compares to an Nvidia Shield.
Luckily most repositories have built of varying sizes, and you get a good range of content, meaning you don’t have to go and find it yourself.
Also included in a lot of builds are different skins or looks, which means you can further customize your build depending on your preference.

Is it Safe to Use?
T2K has been around for a long time and has been stable. They are constantly adding new builds, and they are a great place to return to if you are looking for a new build.
With any popular source of downloads, we always recommend caution when it comes to copycat websites, which may promise a free download but deliver a file infected with Malware. Make sure you scan the file prior to opening it.
Is it Legal or Grey?
Two Kingdoms acts like a third party, putting together users with links from third party torrent sites. This means they operate in a grey area and aren’t illegal as they don’t host the content themselves.
However, many of the sites they link to may have their IP addresses blocked by a number of Internet Service providers, in order to save yourself some frustration we recommend you always connect using an encrypted service offered by a VPN provider.
Should I Use This App With a VPN?
We recommend you use Two Kingdoms with a VPN provider. A Virtual Private Network comprises of software you download onto your device. They create a connection between your device and their DNS server, using sophisticated and unbreakable encryption.
This means that no third party is able to tell what data is flowing between their server and your device. In addition, you can also log into servers around the world and change your IP address.
In short, you are able to browse and stream online anonymously, and also without restrictions as your ISP is unable to ascertain what sites you visit, only that you are connected to a VPN’s DNS Server.
Is it Free?
When Was It Released?
Two Kingdoms was released in 2018
There are lots of great builds out there that we would recommend:
- One Nation
- No Limits Magic
Builds just like add ons tend to be unpredictable in terms of going down, so we recommend that you check Google regularly for the latest and most popular builds.
Two Kingdoms is a pretty bog-standard build, offering good functionality and a busy team that regular updates add ons and makes sure there is as little bloat as possible. The wide range of builds in the library means you can find a build that suits your device and RAM size.
