10. Navigate to Cypher and click on it or if you used a different name to save the media source file, just scroll to it and click on it.
11. Next, click on repository.Cypherslocker.zip
12. Wait while the repository is installing. Once it is done, you will get a notification at the top left corner of your screen.
13. Select Install From Repository
14. On the new window, select Cyphers locker Repo.
15. On the new dialog box, select Video Add-Ons.
16. Now, scroll to Cypher9 Anime and click on it.
17. Select Install on the new window that will appear.
18. If you are using Kodi version 18, select YES on the dialog box with “the following additional addons will be installed.” wait for the installation to complete.
