Since FileLinked stopped working, one of its clones, AppLinked became popular together with two others, FileSynced and UnLinked. It helps users install third-party applications to their Firestick devices.
Last October 2021, big news break the streaming world when TorrentFreak reported that there are threats in AppLinked’s codes.
A confirmation tweet from Inside 4ndroid (username: @Inside_4ndroid) says that they no longer own any right to any codes to AppLinked. They have sold the app to another party that released an update where the app is 30MB.
Even though the app grew its needed capacity there are no distinct updates on features whatsoever.
To check your current status if you have AppLinked on your device, it is best to check it with VirusTotal. If you still don’t have VirusTotal on your Firestick, you can easily install it, but you have to Jailbreak your Firestick and Install the Downloader App First.
